Multiplier is the number of full belts (additive of all direct scrap recycling outputs) you expect after the initial scrap recycling, which you then pipe by your other recycler steps. If you want to calibrate it after another number (e.g. for the number of scrap belts) then you just need to divide by the current scrap item/s first and then multiply by your desired scrap number. After all, everything is just linearly dependent one another.

This tree lists the breakdown of each of the outputs, with their respective items per second. You can use that to plan out belts from one station to another.

The table is useful to plan out how many items you get overall (e.g., for the copper wire, which you get from multiple steps). The recycler count might help you plan out how much space you need and how many recyclers overall. The cycle columns are adjusted for the cyclical nature of items that break down into themselves. If you loop them, then you just need to use those numbers.
